How to change the language of the Cowboy app
The Cowboy app follows your phone's language. There is no in-app language menu and no text on the bike.
Step by step
- iPhone: Settings > 'Cowboy' > 'Language' and pick a language.
- Android 13+: Settings > 'Apps' > 'Cowboy' > 'Language'. Older Android: change the system language.
- Force-close and reopen the Cowboy app.
- Unsupported languages fall back to English. Supported: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian.
Tip: Units (km/h vs mph) are separate: profile > Settings > Units.
Can't find it?
There is no language setting inside the app on any version.

Still stuck? Take a photo of the display and show it to a local e-bike workshop. Bring the bike's system name (e.g. Bosch Performance Line CX) and the exact code; that saves diagnostic time and money.
