ebikecodes.com is an independent e-bike troubleshooting reference, built and maintained by the workshop team of eBikeXL, an authorised Bosch eBike dealer in the Netherlands that services thousands of e-bikes a year across every major drive system. Our visitors arrive with a specific fault and a decision to make: fix it, replace a part, or take the bike in.

Where we draw the line
We do not sell editorial. A manufacturer cannot buy a softer page, and a retailer cannot buy a recommendation. Our value to a rider is that we say what a manufacturer support page will not: whether a fault is trivial, what a repair really costs, and when a bike is not worth fixing. That independence is the product, so it is not for sale.
