Bosch Intuvia: pairing with a phone app (what's possible)
The Intuvia has no Bluetooth and cannot be paired with eBike Connect or eBike Flow on its own. A dealer-fitted ConnectModule can connect the bike to eBike Connect. This guide stops you looking for a menu that isn't there.
Step by step
- Check the configuration menu (reset + i): there is no Bluetooth or pairing entry on an Intuvia.
- For ride recording, remote lock or tracking on a Classic Line bike, ask a Bosch dealer about the ConnectModule, which pairs the drive unit with the eBike Connect app.
- The eBike Flow app is for the Smart System only; it will not find a Classic Line bike, so do not spend time on it.
- A dealer can replace the Intuvia with a Kiox (BUI330) which has Bluetooth, but that needs a different display cable and holder.
Can't find it?
Bikes advertised as 'app-ready' with an Intuvia either have a ConnectModule fitted or the seller is mistaken. The Intuvia 100 (Smart System) is a different unit that does pair with eBike Flow.
Frequently asked
Can the Intuvia connect to eBike Flow?
No. eBike Flow is the Smart System app; the Intuvia (BUI255) has no Bluetooth.
Which app is right for the Intuvia?
None directly. With a dealer-fitted ConnectModule the bike shows up in eBike Connect.
Does the Intuvia 100 pair with an app?
Yes, the Intuvia 100 (Smart System) works with eBike Flow, but it is not interchangeable with the classic Intuvia.
