Bosch Smart System: pair with the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth

Bosch Smart System (Purion 200, Intuvia 100, Kiox 300/500, LED Remote, System Controller)

Smart System bikes pair with eBike Flow (not eBike Connect). Five minutes; no dealer. Set your phone's language first, the app locks it at registration.

Step by step

  1. Set your phone's language and region to what you want the app in, then install 'Bosch eBike Flow' and create an account or log in.
  2. Switch the bike on with the LED Remote / System Controller / display power button. Bluetooth on the bike is always available; no menu needed.
  3. In the app tap 'Add eBike' (or + ). The app searches; select your bike when it appears.
  4. Confirm the pairing request on the bike: on Kiox 300/500 or Intuvia 100 a code or prompt appears; on LED Remote / Purion 200 confirm by pressing the select button when the LEDs flash.
  5. Wait for the app to finish setup; it may immediately offer a firmware update. Bike settings, riding modes, lock and updates now run through the app.
Tip: Pair from inside the app, not from the phone's Bluetooth settings; a system-level pairing often blocks the app.

Can't find it?

If the bike is not found: switch it off and on, close and reopen the app, make sure no other phone is connected (the bike only talks to one phone at a time). If the bike is still bound to the previous owner's account, they must remove it in their app, or a Bosch dealer can reset the connection with DiagnosticTool.

eBike Flow for the Smart System (Purion 200, Intuvia 100, Kiox 300/500, LED Remote, System Controller, Nyon BUI350). eBike Connect is for the older Classic Line.

Second-hand bike still linked to the previous owner?

They remove it in their Flow app under the eBike's settings; otherwise a dealer resets it with DiagnosticTool.

Can I change the app language later?

No; it is fixed from your phone's language at registration.
