Bosch Nyon: pair with eBike Flow (BUI350) or eBike Connect (BUI275)
Which app depends on your Nyon generation. Pairing takes five minutes over Bluetooth; the BUI275 can also use Wi-Fi for maps and updates. No dealer.
Step by step
- Identify your Nyon: BUI350 (slim, 2021+, Smart System) uses eBike Flow; BUI275 (thicker, joystick control unit) uses eBike Connect.
- Install the right app and create an account (BUI350: set your phone to the language you want the app in first; it is fixed at registration).
- Switch the Nyon on. BUI350: in eBike Flow tap 'Add eBike', select the bike, confirm the code shown on the Nyon. BUI275: on the Nyon go to Settings > 'Connections' > 'Bluetooth' > pair, then in eBike Connect tap 'Connect eBike'.
- BUI275 Wi-Fi: Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, choose your home network; used for map downloads and updates.
- Once connected, rides, lock, navigation routes and updates run through the app.
Tip: Pair from inside the app, not from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Can't find it?
If the bike is not found: restart the Nyon, close and reopen the app, make sure no other phone is connected. Second-hand BUI350 still bound to the previous owner: they remove it in their Flow app, or a dealer resets it with DiagnosticTool.
