Welke aandrijving heeft mijn Specialized e-bike?
Specialized Turbo-fietsen gebruiken motoren van het merk Specialized, gebouwd op Brose-hardware, gecombineerd met eigen displays van Specialized zoals de TCU, TCD-w en MasterMind-units. De badge op het frame geeft het merk aan, maar bepaalt op zichzelf niet welke foutcodes gelden. De motorversie en het type display bepalen samen welke foutmeldingen je als rijder te zien krijgt. Fouten en de aanbevolen acties vind je in de Specialized-app. Op sommige MasterMind-displays verschijnt ook een Check App-melding. Zelf controleren op je fiets
- Kijk op het motorhuis en noteer het woord Specialized samen met een versienummer, zoals 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, 2.2 of een SL-unit.
- Controleer welk display erop zit: een TCU met rode en blauwe LED-balkjes, een TCD-w met korte tekstmeldingen, of een MasterMind T3, H3 of TCD met kleurgecodeerde meldingen en Check App-prompts.
- Koppel de fiets met de Specialized-app en controleer of de verbinding werkt, want in de app staan de foutmeldingen en de bijbehorende acties die je moet uitvoeren.
- Lees het typeplaatje of de framelabel en vergelijk de motor- en displaygegevens met de factuur of specificatielijst die bij de fiets zit.
- Noteer de motorversie en het displaymodel samen, want foutcodes horen bij die combinatie en niet alleen bij het frameroodel.
